Morgan McGuffin joined the Rutgers University-Camden Athletic Department in February 2025 as a Program Coordinator in the Department of Athletics & Recreational Services.
 
Prior to joining Rutgers-Camden, Morgan was an Associate Director of Operations at Rhino Sports and Entertainment, primarily servicing Wake Forest University and the Winston-Salem Dash (the High-A Affiliate to the Chicago White Sox). 
 
During her undergraduate career at Barton College, Morgan was a three-year captain for the Women's Lacrosse program and was a member of the Leadership Academy.
