Ty Hagen is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He works through NovaCare Rehabilitation to provide sports medicine services to the Rutgers University-Camden student athletes. He joined the Scarlet Raptors’ staff in September 2025.
 
Hagen graduated from Neumann University in 2025 with a Master of Science degree in Athletic Training, receiving the Hubert Lee Award for excellence in Athletic Training. He graduated from Rutgers University-New Brunswick in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Sport Management. During his time at Neumann, he gained experience with various sports at Neumann University as well as Cinnaminson High School.

Ty also worked with Rutgers University Men’s Lacrosse, and the Saint Joseph’s University Baseball, Softball, Tennis, and Field Hockey teams.
