Sophomore back Maggie Sande had an impressive start to her season for the women’s soccer team. Not only did she play all 180 minutes during the Scarlet Raptors’ first two games, she also notched their first goal of the year, burying a 25-yard free kick with 14:04 remaining in the game to defeat Widener University, 1-0, Saturday. It was her first collegiate goal.
