Junior guard Shafeek Taylor made an impressive Rutgers-Camden basketball debut right after joining the Scarlet Raptors’ team last week. In his first Raptor contest, he poured in a team-high 23 points, on 8-for-12 shooting from the floor, including 1-for-3 from three-point range, and shot 6-for-6 from the foul line. He added seven rebounds and three assists in the Scarlet Raptors’ 84-77 loss at William Paterson University Saturday.
