Senior guard/forward Cara Racobaldo earns her second Raptor of the Week honor this season after a terrific week in which she averaged 15.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 8.0 assists and 2.5 steals in a pair of Rutgers-Camden victories, while also becoming the first player in program history to accomplish an impressive feat. With her nine assists Saturday against Rutgers-Newark, Racobaldo lifted her season total to 108, making her the only player in the history of the women’s basketball program to notch a 100-assist season all four years of her career. Racobaldo, who also is the program’s career assist leader with 460, had 17 points, seven assists, three steals and nine rebounds in a win over Rowan University Wednesday. She added 13 points, seven boards and two steals to her nine assists against Rutgers-Newark. For the season, she is averaging 11.4 points and 6.7 rebounds, while leading the club with her 108 assists and 57 steals. Racobaldo also was Rutgers-Camden’s Raptor of the Week on Nov. 20.
