Setter Brinn Hassan continued her stellar senior season last week while leading the Rutgers-Camden volleyball team to a trio of three-set sweeps, raising the Scarlet Raptors’ record to 20-8. Hassan collected 86 assists during her nine sets, while adding 10 kills, a .273 hitting percentage, nine service aces, 16 digs and two block assists. She collected a high of 34 assists in a win over Alfred University Saturday, tying for the fourth-highest three-set assist total in program history. She already holds the three-set record of 43 assists, set last season. Hassan also added five service aces against Alfred after starting her day with four aces against host Wilkes University in a tri-match. Her 788 assists this year rank third among Rutgers-Camden’s single-season program records and she owns the second-highest career assist total with 1,844. She also ranks fifth on the career chart with 153 aces.
