Sophomore forward Jason Angel scored his first two goals of the season during the week for the Rutgers-Camden men’s soccer team, notching a goal in a 3-2 loss to Alvernia Wednesday and tallying the game-winning goal in a 1-0 conference win at Ramapo College Saturday. He had four shots in the two games, with three of them on goal. Angel, who led the 2023 team in scoring as a rookie (five goals, four assists for 14 points), currently leads the 2024 team in scoring with five points (two goals, one assist).
