A first-year Rutgers-Camden athlete who was a two-time track All-American at Camden County College, Franklin finished 19th of 25 in the hammer throw on Friday (a PR of 23.65 meters) before setting three PRs on Saturday, when she placed ninth of 46 in the shot put (10.67 meters), 12th of 44 in the discus (32.87 meters) and sixth of 35 in the javelin (32.28 meters).
