Senior All-American forward Mike Ryan exploded for the finest game of his illustrious Rutgers-Camden soccer career Sept. 23, collecting four goals and one assist for nine points in a 7-1 romp over Misericordia University. Ryan completed his first career four-goal game only 26:51 into the contest. His four goals are tied for the second-highest single-game total in program history and his nine points are tied for the third-highest game total at Rutgers-Camden. Earlier in the week, Ryan also scored a goal during a 3-1 victory over New Jersey City University Sept. 21, giving him five goals and one assist in two games. Ryan owns 11 goals and three assists for 25 points through nine games this year. His career totals of 68 goals, 21 game-winning goals and 152 points are all Rutgers-Camden program records and his point total places him fourth among all players in the history of the New Jersey Athletic Conference. He needs only six more points to tie for third place.
