Robinson scored 1,441 points in only three years of basketball at Rutgers-Camden between 1990-94 and ranks among the program’s career leaders in numerous categories, including first in assists (361) and fourth in points. She is second in free throw percentage (70.6), third in field goal attempts (1,278), fourth in points per game (18.47), steals (208), field goals (554) and free throws (554) and fifth in both field goal percentage (43.35) and free throws attempted (459).

Robinson had an incredible season in 1991-92, setting single-season marks with 712 points, 163 assists and 285 field goals, while averaging 24.6 points per game (fourth highest). She was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference and the ECAC/Holiday Inn Div. III Metro NY/NJ Player of the Year, earned First Team all-star honors from both organizations and capped off her season by earning MVP honors while leading Rutgers-Camden to the title of the ECAC Div. III Metro NY/NJ tournament. She also was a Champion USA/WBCA Player of the Year nominee.

Robinson also holds the school’s single-game assist record with 14.

Rutgers-Camden’s NJAIAW Woman of the Year in 1995, Robinson was the basketball team MVP in 1990-91 and the school’s Female Athlete of the Year for 1991-1992. Two years later she captured the William P. Carty Memorial Award as the team’s Most Courageous Athlete after recovering from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in her right knee that sidelined her for the entire 1992-93 season.

In addition to her basketball exploits, Robinson also ran cross country at Rutgers-Camden.

A former All-Group 4 and All-South Jersey star at Camden High School, Robinson also served as the junior varsity coach at that school during the 1997-98 and 1998-99 seasons.

Robinson was the head coach at the Camden County Technical Schools’ Pennsauken campus from 2002-2010, producing the program’s first two female 1,000-point scorers.
