Former Rutgers-Camden volleyball star Caitlin Marchlowitz returned to her alma mater as a first-year assistant coach with the Scarlet Raptors during the 2019 season. She begins her fourth season this fall as a volunteer assistant coach.
 
A four-year letterwinner for the Rutgers-Camden volleyball program from 2013-2016, she ranked second on the team in digs during each of her four seasons, closing her career fourth on the all-time list with 1,050. When she finished her career she also was tied for first place in all-time matches (121), ranked third in sets (418) and was fifth in aces (140). Entering the 2019 season, she now ranks tied for second in matches and fourth in sets, while remaining fourth in digs and fifth in aces.
 
Marchlowitz served as a team co-captain during her senior season in 2016, when she was named the Scarlet Raptors’ Most Dedicated Player.
 
Marchlowitz has served as the head coach of the Marlton Volleyball Club (2014-19) and she became the JV volleyball coach at Camden Catholic High School in 2017, leading the Irish to a 12-7 season. She was Camden Catholic’s varsity head coach in 2018, with her team posting a 15-7 mark.
 
Marchlowitz graduated from Rutgers-Camden in December of 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Studies. She is employed as a pre-school teacher at Chesterbrook Academy.
