Box Score GLASSBORO, NJ (Oct. 10, 2013) – The Rowan University Profs hosted the Rutgers-Camden Scarlet Raptors this evening for a New Jersey Athletic Conference volleyball match. The Profs beat the Scarlet Raptors 3-1 (27-25, 25-17, 19-25, 25-11).


Brooke Hassan (Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown) tallied team highs with 20 assists and 12 digs. Melanie Kaiser (Somerdale, NJ/Sterling) recorded 10 digs.


Sophomore middle hitter Olivia Rowland (Hillsborough, NJ/Hillsborough) had a solid defensive performance with 11 kills, 3 solo blocks and 3 block assists. Morgan Halbruner (Voorhees, NJ/Eastern) notched 11 kills, a dig and a block assist.


Rutgers-Camden (3-17, NJAC 1-3) will travel to FDU-Florham on Saturday, October 12th to compete in a quad match with Lancaster Bible College, Gwynedd-Mercy College, and FDU-Florham.
