LITITZ, Penn. (April 21, 2025) – The Rutgers University-Camden golf  team spent Monday fine-tuning its skills in preparation for a big weekend as the Scarlet Raptors competed in the F&M Spring Invitational.

The event, hosted by Franklin and Marshall College, was held at the Par 71, 6,663-yard Bent Creek Country Club.

The Scarlet Raptors shot a season-low 303 score as they finished 10th out of 12 teams in a rugged field.

Junior Pearse Lee led the Scarlet Raptors, carding a round of 72 to tie for 11th in the field of 65 golfers. Junior Glenn Foley shot a 75 to tie for 32nd, while junior Reid Walker placed third on the Raptors and tied for 39th overall with a 77. Sophomore Santino Leone shot a 79 to tie for 49th and freshman Andrew Slattery carded an 83 to tie for 56th.

Logan Wagner of Millersville was the medalist, shooting a 5-under par 66 to lead his team to the championship. Millersville shot a 281 to finish two strokes ahead of Franklin & Marshall.

The Scarlet Raptors' next outing will be the two-day United East Conference Championships, held at the Chambersburg Country Club in Chambersburg, Penn., on Friday and Saturday.
