Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Jeff Auleta enters his third season with the Scarlet Raptors this fall. He has appeared in five games and collected one goal for two career points.
 
A stellar student, he was named to the inaugural Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2015 fall semester and repeated on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll during the 2016 spring semester. Auleta also captured New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention recognition during his sophomore year.
 
Soccer 2015: Played in three games, taking one shot and netting his first career goal…Made his season debut playing 20 minutes in the Raptors’ season-opening 9-0 victory over Rosemont College (Sept. 1)…Ripped a long rocket into the net for the Raptors’ final goal at the 65-minute mark, collecting his first career tally…Played his season high of 33 minutes in a 7-1 victory over Misericordia University (Sept. 23)…Also contributed to the Scarlet Raptors’ 5-1 win over Ramapo College (Oct. 10).
 
Soccer 2014: Appeared in two games…Made collegiate debut in 7-3 loss to Haverford College (Oct. 6)…Played high season high of 13 minutes in the first round of the ECAC Division III Metro/Upstate Men’s Soccer Championship, when the Scarlet Raptors defeated Sage Colleges, 2-1, on Nov. 12.
 
High School: Three-year soccer letterman at Hammonton High School for Coach Dave Thompson…Team captain…National Honor Society.
 
Personal: Born March 27, 1996…Played club soccer with the South Jersey Barons…Hobbies include tennis, fishing and wakeboarding…His brother Joe was a four-year letterman and all-conference player, who is the Scarlet Raptors’ career leader for games played…Double major in Accounting and Finance at Rutgers-Camden…Plans to get a job as a certified public accountant following graduation…Jeff is the son of John and Paulette Auleta of Hammonton.
