Biography
Natalie DiCarlo returns to the Rutgers-Camden lacrosse program after taking a year off in 2017. A member of the 2015 and 2016 Scarlet Raptor teams, DiCarlo has posted the two highest single-season shot percentages in program history for all players scoring a minimum of 10 goals. She had a .600 shot percentage in 2015 and raised the bar to .656 as a sophomore in 2016.
For her two-year career, DiCarlo has played in 29 games, collecting 39 goals and 10 assists for 49 points. She has taken 62 career shots and owns a .629 career shot percentage, which is on pace to become the program’s all-time record once she reaches the minimum of 100 shots to qualify.
DiCarlo was a member of the inaugural Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the Fall 2015 semester. She earned New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention during the 2015-16 scholastic year.
Lacrosse 2016: Played in all 15 games, starting 14…Finished fourth on the team in goals (21) and points (27)…Fifth on the team in assists (6)…Had 32 shots and broke her one-year-old program record with a .656 shot percentage…Had 25 shots on goal for a .781 percentage…Notched one game-winning goal, 13 ground balls and three caused turnovers…Collected four goals and two assists for six points against Rosemont (March 7), while adding one ground ball…Also had four goals against Immaculata (April 4), adding one caused turnover and her season-high of three ground balls…Notched two-goal games against Gwynedd Mercy (March 10, while adding one assist), Wilkes (March 19) and Delaware Valley (March 22)…One of her goals against Delaware Valley was the game-winning tally.
Lacrosse 2015: Started all 14 games for the Scarlet Raptors…Finished second on the team in goals (18), assists (4) and points (22)…Took 30 shots and notched a .600 shot percentage, setting a single-season program mark…Had 23 shots on goal for a .767 percentage…Collected 12 ground balls, one caused turnover and four draw controls…Made her collegiate debut Feb. 28 against Immaculata and scored her first two goals, had one draw control and compiled her season high of three ground balls…Collected her first collegiate caused turnover against Elizabethtown College (March 8)…Notched four goals, including the game-winning goal, against Delaware Valley (March 10)…Collected four goals and added one assist for five points against Ramapo College (April 11).
High School: Earned four varsity letters for lacrosse and volleyball at Gloucester Catholic High School…Played lacrosse for Coach Lisa Parry…Graduated in 2013.
