Biography

A big cog in the center of the Scarlet Raptors’ defense, Trenton Hall had two outstanding seasons at Rutgers-Camden after a stellar two-year career with Rowan College at Burlington County. Hall started all 39 of his career games at Rutgers-Camden, including all 22 of the team’s games during his junior year, when he was named to the all-conference team. Despite being hampered by injuries during his senior year, Hall started all 17 of his games in 2019.
 
A two-time all-conference player with RCBC, Hall was a Dean’s List student who captured numerous academic honors at Rutgers-Camden. He collected two goals (one game winner) and one assist for five career points with the Raptors, while contributing to 14 of the team’s 16 shutouts in that span. He also was an All-New Jersey Athletic Conference performer both on the soccer pitch and in the classroom.
 
Academics: New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention for the 2019-20 scholastic year…Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2018 Fall, 2019 Spring, 2019 Fall and 2020 Spring semesters…Dean’s List student.
 
Soccer 2019: Started all 17 of his games, missing four contests with injuries…Notched one assist for one point…Took three shots, all on goal, for a 1.000 percentage…Served as a team co-captain…Named to the Cialella Soccer Classic All-Tournament Team (Sept. 7-8)…Anchored a defense which posted a 1.05 goals-against average and nine shutouts, playing in seven of those shutouts…Played a complete game in nine games, including the full 110 minutes in a scoreless tie against Stockton (Nov. 2) in the NJAC playoffs…Collected an assist on the game-winning goal by Joni Gjyleri during a 1-0 season-opening victory against Carthage (Aug. 30)…Had two shots on goal during a 2-0 win over New Jersey City University (Oct. 5).
 
Soccer 2018: New Jersey Athletic Conference Second Team…Earned Rutgers-Camden Raptor of the Week recognition on Oct. 22…Started all 22 Rutgers-Camden games…Collected two goals, one a game winner, for four points…Took five shots, all of them on goal…Made his Scarlet Raptor debut in the season-opening 3-2 win over New York University (Aug. 31)…Took his first shot during a 2-0 win over Old Westbury (Sept. 1)…Scored his first Raptor goal in a 2-1 loss at Rowan University (Oct. 17), temporarily tying the game in the 79th minute before the Raptors lost in overtime…Three days later, notched the game-winning goal during a 3-1 victory against William Paterson…Played every minute of the game on 14 occasions, including 110 minutes in 1-1 overtime ties against Alvernia (Sept. 5) and Ramapo (Oct. 13)…Played a major role in all seven Rutgers-Camden shutouts.
 
Pre-Rutgers: Played two seasons for Rowan College at Burlington County…Two-time All-Garden State Athletic Conference First Team player.
