Biography
Claire McKernan appeared in 34 games over her four-year Rutgers-Camden lacrosse career, despite having two seasons limited to a combined seven games due to the pandemic. She made 29 career starts and collected two goals, 13 ground balls, 10 caused turnovers and two draw controls.

McKernan also earned numerous academic honors at Rutgers-Camden.

Lacrosse 2022: Appeared in all 13 Rutgers-Camden games, starting 12…Scored two goals…Took seven shots, five on goal, for a .714 shots-on-goal percentage…Tied for fifth on the team with six caused turnovers…Sixth on the team with 10 ground balls…Added two draw controls…Scored her lone two career goals against Immaculata (March 22)…Collected two ground balls and three caused turnovers against Eastern University in the season-opening 13-12 Raptor win on March 2…Also had two ground balls in a 16-11 victory at Delaware Valley (March 14)…Notched one ground ball and one caused turnover against both Neumann (March 9) and Bryn Athyn (March 19).

Lacrosse 2021: Started all five Rutgers-Camden games during the short pandemic-altered season…Had one ground ball and one draw control…Took one shot…Had a ground ball while starting the season opener against Kean (April 3)…Notched one draw control against The College of New Jersey (April 17)…Took his lone shot in a loss at Stockton (April 24).

Lacrosse 2020: Played in both Raptor games, starting the season opener against Manhattanville (March 7) and playing all 60 minutes…Also appeared in a game at Bryn Mawr College (March 10).

Cross Country 2019: Competed in the 6K Jack Saint Clair Memorial (Oct. 12), placing third on the Raptors and 105th of 123 overall in a time of 35:31.8.

Lacrosse 2019: Appeared in 14 games, starting 11…Took one shot, on goal, for a 1.000 shots-on-goal percentage…Collected two ground balls, three caused turnovers and one draw control…Made her collegiate debut starting the season opener against Penn State-Abington (March 14)…Notched her first caused turnover against DeSales (March 23) and her first ground ball against The College of New Jersey (April 9)…Had one ground ball against Bryn Mawr (April 11)…Collected her lone draw control against Stockton (April 18)…Produced her high of two caused turnovers against Rowan (April 23).
