Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Kyler White finished his collegiate soccer career by joining the Rutgers-Camden program in 2019 after previously playing with Bentley and Rowan Universities. White served as one of the top two Scarlet Raptor keepers, while adding academic honors during the spring semester.

Soccer 2019: Played in seven games, starting five…Posted a 4-2 record and a 1.05 goals-against average…Notched one shutout…Faced 66 shots…Allowed seven goals and made 27 saves for a .794 save percentage…Made his Scarlet Raptor debut by starting and playing all 90 minutes in a 5-1 win over Mount St. Vincent (Aug. 31), facing 12 shots and making five saves…Earned the win in a 1-0 overtime victory against Alvernia (Sept. 4), playing the final 85:55, facing 13 shots and making six saves to share the shutout with starter Kieran Burns…Earned his shutout in a 2-0 victory against the College of Staten Island (Sept. 7), facing 10 shots and making two saves…Made five saves in a 1-0 loss against nationally-ranked Cortland (Sept. 8)…Posted a 5-3 victory over Cabrini (Sept. 11), making two saves…Had four saves and played all 94:51 in a 1-0 overtime loss against Misericordia (Sept 14)…Played the final 57:29 and allowed one goal during a 2-0 loss against The College of New Jersey (Oct. 2), facing eight shots and making three saves.
 
Pre-Rutgers: Was a member of the Bentley University men’s soccer team as a freshman in 2015, but didn’t see game action…Played in three games at Rowan University in 2016, making five saves…Posted a 2.42 goals-against average and a .625 save percentage in 111:22 minutes for the Profs…Also attended Camden County College during the 2018 spring semester.
 
High School: Earned All-Conference First Team, All-South Jersey Second Team and All-State Honorable Mention as a junior (playing forward, not goalie) at Haddon Township High School…Collected 27 goals and 19 assists that season for the Hawks, playing for Coach Jim Bonder…Earned a four-star ranking from Topdrawersoccer.com…Principal’s List every year…Graduated in 2015.

Personal: Born July 24, 1996…Three-time invitee to the U.S. Soccer Training Center…Helped the Philadelphia Union Academy win the U18 MLS Generation adidas Cup…New Jersey Olympic Development Program in 2013…Enjoys playing and watching sports, hanging with friends and going to the beach…Finance major at Rutgers-Camden who plans to move south and work in private equity…Kyler is the son of Paul and Jennifer White of Haddon Township.
