A member of the Rutgers-Camden tennis program throughout her collegiate career, Morgan Dempsey competed for the Scarlet Raptors during three scholastic years, opting to sit out the pandemic-shortened 2020-2021 season. Despite missing a full year, she compiled an overall mark of 49-23 for the fourth-highest victory total in program history. She was 23-11 in singles competition (ranking fifth in career wins) and 26-12 in doubles play (fourth). She also combined with LeAnne Hall over the years to post 15 doubles wins, the highest total for any teammate combination in program history.

Tennis Spring 2022: Completed her senior season with a 10-5 record in singles, a 14-6 doubles log and a 24-11 overall mark…During the spring, went 5-3 at singles (3-3 at sixth singles and 2-0 at fifth singles) and 5-5 at third doubles, combining with Hall…Captured back-to-back wins at fifth singles against Eastern (March 11, 8-0) and Bryn Athyn (March 19, 6-0, 6-0)…Posted New Jersey Athletic Conference wins in singles against William Paterson (March 26, 6-0, 6-1), Ramapo (April 15, 8-3) and Kean (April 23, 6-4, 6-4)…Singles losses came against nationally-ranked and eventual NJAC champion The College of New Jersey (April 2, 3-6, 1-6), Usinus (April 8, 3-6, 1-6) and Stockton (April 9, 2-6, 0-6)…Lost to those three teams during regular-season doubles play, as well as against eventual NJAC runner-up New Jersey City and also TCNJ in the conference semifinals…Doubles wins included 8-1 victories with Hall against Eastern, William Paterson and Ramapo, an 8-0 victory over Bryn Athyn and an 8-4 triumph at Kean.

Tennis Fall 2021: Posted a 9-1 record in doubles, teaming with LeAnne Hall and a 5-2 singles mark…Went 1-0 at fifth singles (a 6-2, 6-0 win at FDU-Florham on Sept. 4) and 4-2 at sixth singles…In doubles, posted a 7-0 mark in dual play at third doubles and went 2-1 in the B doubles competition at the Goucher College Invitational (Oct. 9-10), posting a 6-2, 6-1 win against Goucher, losing 2-6, 5-7 against the eventual champions from Lebanon Valley College, and beating Stockton University, 6-2, 6-4…The nine doubles victories that Dempsey and Hall posted during the fall semester placed them third on the single-season program charts for wins with one partner and they are only two shy of tying the season mark as they enter the spring semester…Earned sixth singles wins against Immaculata (Sept. 5, 8-2), Moravian (Sept. 18, 6-0, 6-1), York (Sept. 19, 6-3, 6-4) and Drew (Sept. 26, 6-0, 6-2)…Named Rutgers-Camden’s Raptor of the Week on Sept. 20…Posted 8-0 doubles sweeps against both Moravian (Sept. 18) and Cedar Crest (Oct. 16)…Had an 8-1 doubles win against Drew (Sept. 26) and 8-2 victories against both Immaculata (Sept. 5) and Goucher (Sept. 12)…Earned 8-3 doubles wins against York (Sept. 19) and Bryn Mawr (Sept. 25).

Tennis Fall 2019: Posted a 14-4 overall record…Went 7-2 in singles play (2-0 fifth singles and 5-2 at sixth singles) and 7-2 in doubles play (6-2 at third doubles with Laurel DiStefano and 1-0 at second doubles with LeAnne Hall)…Dropped both singles and doubles competitions in the Scarlet Raptors’ first two matches of the season against Stockton (Aug. 31) and TCNJ (Sept. 1) before winning all of her matches the rest of the season…In the Stockton match, lost 3-6, 1-6 at sixth singles and 7-8 (4-7) at third doubles…Against perennial conference champion TCNJ, dropped a match at sixth singles (0-6, 0-6) and at third doubles (0-8)…Started her winning streak at Goucher College (Sept. 9), posting a 6-1, 6-0 win at sixth singles and a hard-fought 8-7 (7-3) victory at third doubles…Won two matches at Cairn University (Sept. 11) in singles (6-1, 6-1) and doubles (8-0) and added two more wins at Kean (Sept. 14) with a marathon 6-4, 1-6, 10-8 victory in singles and an 8-3 doubles win…At Juniata (Sept. 15), played and won her first matches of the season at fifth singles (6-0, 6-0) and second doubles (8-2)…Swept her singles match (6-0, 6-0) against Ramapo (Sept. 21) and added an 8-4 win in doubles…Closed the season with impressive 8-0 doubles victories at Gwynedd Mercy (Sept. 27) and against Rutgers-Newark (Sept. 30), while also winning at sixth singles (8-3) and fifth singles (6-0, 6-0), respectively.

Tennis Spring 2019: Went 1-1 at fifth singles during the two-match spring semester, dropping an 8-2 decision at Penn State-Abington (April 6) and winning a 6-2, 6-1 match against Yeshiva (April 14)…Also won at third doubles at Penn State-Abington (8-5, teamed with Cohen).

Tennis Fall 2018: After losing her first two collegiate singles matches, went 5-1 the rest of the semester, sparked by a 6-0, 6-1 victory at fifth singles against Cedar Crest (Sept. 15)…Won at fourth singles against William Paterson (Sept. 28, 6-2, 6-4) and at the fifth flight against both Kean (Sept. 30, 6-3, 6-1) and Ramapo (3-6, 6-2, 2-1 retired)…Her comeback 2-6, 6-2, 6-1 victory at fifth singles against Ursinus (Oct. 7) broke a 4-4 tie and lifted the Raptors to a 5-4 victory…Earned her first doubles win with Cohan against Cedar Crest (Sept. 15, 8-0) and added an 8-7 (7-4) win against Goucher (Sept. 16)…Lost her lone match at second doubles at William Paterson (Sept. 28, 1-8), before winning third doubles against both Kean (Sept. 30, 8-0) and Ramapo (Oct. 3, 8-3).
