Biography

A transfer to Rutgers University-Camden, Jordan Carter joined the basketball program during the 2021-22 scholastic year, where he played in every game and finished second on the team in scoring.
 
Basketball 2021-22: Played in all 22 games for the Scarlet Raptors, starting one…Second on the team in scoring at 8.5 points per game…Fourth in rebounding (3.5 rpg)…Led the team with 15 blocked shots…Added nine steals and eight assists…Shot 65-for-137 (.474) from the floor, including 17-for-53 (.321) from three-point range…Shot 39-for-68 (574) from the foul line…Made his Scarlet Raptor debut playing nine minutes against Cabrini (Nov. 11), collecting two points (2-for-4 from the foul line) and two defensive rebounds…Made his lone start against SUNY-Geneseo (Nov. 19) and collected 13 points, the first of his seven double-digit scoring games…Notched his season high of 23 points against The College of New Jersey (Dec. 1), aided by 8-for-13 shooting from the floor (2-for-3 from three-point range) and a 5-for-9 performance from the foul line…Collected nine points and a season-high seven rebounds against Rowan (Feb. 2)…Collected 17 points against Kean (Feb. 12) and 18 points two games later in the Raptors’ final game of the season against New Jersey City (Feb. 19)…Had a season-high four blocked shots against Baruch (Nov. 30) and his high of three steals against Rutgers-Newark (Dec. 11).
 
Pre-Rutgers: Played 16 games at Quinsigamond Community College (Worcester, Mass.) during the 2018-19 season…Averaged 5.5 points and 4.5 rebounds…Had a field goal percentage of .420 (34-for-81), including .182 (2-for-11) from three-point range…Shot .545 (18-for-33) from the foul line…Notched 88 points, 72 rebounds, 16 blocks, five steals and three assists.
