Patrick Fisher joined the Rutgers University-Camden baseball coaching staff for the 2020 season and, after taking the 2024 season off, he returns to the program in 2025.
Prior to coaching with the Scarlet Raptor, he spent the previous five years as an assistant coach with New Jersey Athletic Conference rival Rowan University.
In his first season with the Scarlet Raptors, the team won five of its first six games before the campaign was shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before his tenure at Rowan, Fisher spent nine seasons coaching scholastic baseball at Paul VI and Camden Catholic High Schools. He led Paul VI to a pair of Olympic Conference titles and guided the Eagles to the 2011 South Jersey Non-Public A final. He also has worked for 20 years as the Head Coach with the South Jersey Young Guns baseball program.
A member of the Susquehanna University basketball team in 1988, Fisher was a three-year starter in both baseball and basketball at Lenape High School, earning all-conference honors in both sports.
Fisher graduated magna cum laude from Rowan University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in history. A resident of Erial, he teaches history at Salem County Tech.
