High School: Captured three varsity letters in soccer and two in baseball at Maple Shade High School…Played baseball for Coach Keith Williams, formerly the head coach at Rutgers-Camden…Named All-Conference First Team as a designated hitter during his junior year…All-Conference First Team as a first baseman during his senior season in 2015…Soccer team captain as a senior.
 
Personal: Born September 11, 1997…Last name pronounced “Cowp”…Spends a good part of the day swinging a bat, whether it is off a tee or against a pitcher…Also enjoys spending time with his friends and girlfriend, or playing Xbox, with his current favorite game Call of Duty…Accounting major at Rutgers-Camden…Would like to continue playing baseball at the next level or for his own enjoyment, and land a job as an accountant for a professional sports team, preferably a baseball team…Mike is the son of Mike and Maggie Kaupp of Maple Shade.
