Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Chris Ray earned his second Rutgers-Camden basketball letter during the 2021-22 season, appearing in 14 games. He has played in 21 games during his Scarlet Raptor career, averaging 1.5 points and 0.5 rebounds, while adding five steals, four assists and three blocked shots.

Basketball 2021-22: Played in 14 games…Averaged 0.9 points and 0.4 rebounds…Collected three steals, two assists and one blocked shot…Tied his career high with six points against New Jersey City (Feb. 19), shooting 2-for-2 from three-point range, while also notching one rebound, one steal and his lone blocked shot of the season…Had a career-high three rebounds against Rutgers-Newark (Jan. 31), while adding three points…Collected one rebound, one assist and one steal in back-to-back games against Rowan (Feb. 2) and Montclair State (Feb. 5).
 
Basketball 2020-21: Played in seven games during the pandemic-shortened season…Averaged 2.7 points and 0.7 rebounds…Added two assists and two steals, while tying for the team lead with two blocked shots…Shot 6-for-20 from the floor (.300), including 4-for-13 (.308) from three-point range…Made all three of his foul shots (1.000)…Had his collegiate debut on Feb. 5 at Rutgers-Newark, scoring his season high of six points, including 3-for-3 from the foul line and 1-for-2 on three-point attempts, while adding his first rebound and blocked shot…Collected his first assist and first steal in a home game against Rutgers-Newark (Feb. 6)…Scored five points against New Jersey City (March 5).
