Outside back Christian Torpey has appeared in six games during his two-year Rutgers-Camden soccer career, while adding numerous academic honors.
 
Academics: New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention for the 2024-25 scholastic year…Member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2024 Spring, 2024 Fall and 2025 Spring semesters…Dean’s List student.
 
Soccer 2024: Played in one game…Appeared in the Scarlet Raptors’ 1-0 loss at Stockton (Oct. 24).
 
Soccer 2023: Played in five games, all off the bench…Made his debut in the season-opening 4-0 win over Arcadia (Sept. 1)…Also helped the Scarlet Raptors earn points in a 1-1 tie at Wilkes (Sept. 16) and a 5-4 victory at Immaculata (Sept. 18)…Saw playing time in a pair of losses against nationally-ranked teams in Messiah (4-0, Sept. 9) and Montclair State (5-0, Oct. 21).
 
High School: Three-year varsity soccer letterman at St. Augustine Prep for Coach Jake Heaton…All-Cape Atlantic League honors during his senior year…Head of School Honors List at St. Augustine Prep…Honor Roll…National Honor Society…Graduated in 2023.
