Isaac Destin capped his outstanding collegiate basketball career with a terrific senior season, earning All-Conference First Team and All-Atlantic Region Third Team honors after a highlight-filled campaign, which included a career-high 40-point game on the way to finishing with 501 points, the 11th-best single-season mark in program history.
 
Destin, who joined the career 1,000-point club as a senior, closed his career with 1,302 points, sixth on the program’s all-time list. He also finished third in career blocks (68), fourth in field goal percentage (.548), fifth in rebounds (604), sixth in field goals (523), eighth in free throws (254), 12th in rebounds per game (6.9) and 14th in points per game (14.8). In 88 career games (77 starts), he compiled 18 double-doubles, while earning two all-conference recognitions, three all-conference weekly honors and six Rutgers-Camden Raptor of the Week awards.
 
Academics: Member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and a Dean’s List student for the 2020 Spring semester…One of 47 athletes on the 171-member 2020 Spring AD Honor Roll to post a 4.0 GPA.

Basketball 2017-18: Played in 15 games, starting 14…Averaged 16.3 points and 7.8 rebounds…Shot .584 (104-for-178) from the floor and .667 (36-for-54) from the foul line…Added 12 assists, 17 steals and 20 blocked shots…Named Rutgers-Camden’s Raptor of the Week Dec. 18…Named to the Scotty Wood All-Tournament Team (Nov. 17-18) at Muhlenberg College…Collected a pair of double-doubles, with 17 points and 10 rebounds at Neumann University (Nov. 15) and 32 points and 10 rebounds at Kean University (Jan. 6)…Collected double-digit points in 11 games, including his career high of 32 in the Kean game, when he shot 14-for-16 from the floor…Also scored 26 points against City College of New York (Dec. 11) and had 25-point games against both New Jersey City University (Dec. 2, shooting 12-for-16 from the floor to tie his career high at that time) and William Paterson University (Jan. 13, with a 10-for-12 performance from the floor)…His 14 rebounds against Rutgers-Newark (Dec. 9) set a career high and was one of three double-digit rebound games during the season, including 10 against Neumann (Nov. 15) and 13 against Kean (Jan. 6)…Collected a career-high six blocked shots against Stockton University (Dec. 6), while adding nine points and nine rebounds…Nearly had another double-double in a game against Rowan University (Nov. 29) when he scored 17 points and added nine boards…Added another nine rebounds to his 26-point effort against City College of New York (Dec. 11)…Notched double-digits in scoring for five straight games from Dec. 11-Jan. 6, averaging 20.6 points during that stretch.
 
Basketball 2016-17: Started all 25 of Rutgers-Camden’s games…Averaged 14.5 points and 6.8 rebounds, both the second-highest totals on the team…Shot .533 from the floor (155-for-291), a field goal percentage that ranks 18th on the program’s single-season list for all players with a minimum of 100 attempts…Shot .726 from the foul line (53-for-73), barely missing the minimum of 75 attempts to qualify among the single-season leaders in that category…Collected 21 assists…Finished second on the team with 24 steals and led the Raptors with 16 blocked shots…Earned All-NJAC Honorable Mention…Named the team’s MVP…Earned Rutgers-Camden’s Raptor of the Week honor on Dec. 5…Scored in double figures in 21 of his 25 games, including twice over 20 points: a season-high 24 at Haverford (Jan. 16) and 22 against New Jersey City University (Jan. 21)…Had five double-doubles to run his career total to six…Notched a double-double against Rowan (Nov. 30) with 17 points and a career-high 13 rebounds…Had 19 points and 11 boards in his next game at New Jersey City University (Dec. 3)…Added double-doubles at Arcadia University (Jan. 2, with 19 points and 10 boards), against Kean University (Jan. 7, with 12 points and 12 rebounds) and at Haverford (Jan. 16) with 24 points and 12 rebounds)…Notched his career high of three assists against Kean (Jan. 7)…Had a career-high five steals against City College of New York (Jan. 23)…Had a career-high three blocked shots against both Rosemont College (Nov. 18) and Montclair State University (Feb. 15)…Had five double-digit rebound games.
 
Basketball 2015-16: Played in 23 games, starting 13…Finished third on the team with averages of 8.4 points and 4.1 rebounds…Second on the team with 15 steals and tied for second with seven blocked shots……Dished off 16 assists…Shot .458 from the floor (71-for-155) and .776 from the foul line (52-for-67)…Earned back-to-back NJAC Rookie of the Week honors on Jan. 18 and Jan. 25…Named the ECAC Division III Metro Rookie of the Week on Jan. 19…Captured honors as Rutgers-Camden’s Raptor of the Week on Jan. 4…Scored in double figures on nine occasions, including his first career double-double when he scored 13 points and added 10 boards against Lehman College (Jan. 25)…Had six consecutive games scoring in double figures, beginning with his career high of 25 points against New Jersey City University (Jan. 13) and ending with an 18-point game against Kean University (Jan. 30)…That run included 16 points against Ramapo College (Jan. 16), 14 against The College of New Jersey (Jan. 20), the 13-point game at Lehman (Jan. 25) and a 10-point game at Rowan University (Jan. 27)…In his 25-point performance against NJCU, went 10-for-14 from the floor and 5-for-6 from the foul line…Went 4-for-4 from the foul line on a pair of occasions (against Kean University, Dec. 5 and Ramapo College, Jan. 16) and had his high in free throws against the United States Merchant Marine Academy (Feb. 8), going 6-for-8 at the line…Made his collegiate debut playing 15 minutes in the season opener at Penn State-Harrisburg, scoring one point and grabbing two rebounds…Notched his first double-figure game against Kean University (Dec. 5), going 3-for-3 from the floor and 4-for-4 from the line to collect 10 points…Made his first career start at Rutgers-Newark (Jan. 6), collecting nine points, six rebounds, four steals and two assists, and started his remaining 12 games the rest of the season.
 
Cross Country 2015: Made his collegiate athletic debut at the Jack Saint Clair Memorial Invitational (Oct. 10)…Finished fifth on the Raptors and 124th of 133 runners overall, posting an 8K time of 44:41.0.
