Biography
Kobe Devine played in every Rutgers-Camden game during the 2022-23 season after transferring to the campus from Lancaster Bible College.
Basketball 2022-23: Played in all 25 Rutgers-Camden games, starting 10…Averaged 4.4 pints and 1.5 rebounds…Finished fourth on the team in steals (22) and fifth in assists (26)…Shot 38-for-132 (.288) from the floor, including 16-for-72 (.222) from three-point range…Shot 18-for-32 (.563) from the foul line…Made his Scarlet Raptor debut at Cabrini (Nov. 9), collecting four points, three rebounds, one assist and one steal…Had a season high four steals at FDU-Florham (Nov. 27)…Notched five rebounds on a pair of occasions, coming against Kean (Jan. 4) and William Paterson (Jan. 14)…Also added a season-high four assists in the Paterson game…Exploded for his high of 24 points against Montclair State (Jan. 21), shooting 7-for-11 from the floor, including 4-for-6 from three-point range, and 6-for-6 from the foul line…Had a 10-point game in his second contest against William Paterson (Feb. 11).
Pre-Rutgers: Played two seasons at Lancaster Bible College in 2019-20 and 2020-21…As a freshman, played in 27 games, averaging 3.4 points and 1.0 rebounds, while tying for third on the team with 42 assists and placing fifth on the Chargers with 18 steals…During the 2020-21 campaign, played in 11 games, averaging 1.5 points and 0.5 rebounds, while collecting eight assists and three steals.
High School: Graduated from Sankofa Freedom Academy Charter School in 2019.
