Rutgers-Camden Athletics

A two-year member of the Manor College basketball program, Yaseer McKethan joined the Scarlet Raptors midway through the 2020-21 season.
 
Basketball 2020-21: Played in five Rutgers-Camden games, averaging 0.8 points and 2.0 rebounds…Added two assists, one steal and one blocked shot…Shot .400 from the floor (2-for-5) and didn’t take any three-point or free throw attempts…Made his Rutgers-Camden debut playing 10 minutes against Stockton (Feb. 19), collecting his season highs of three rebounds and one steal…Scored two points against William Paterson (Feb. 26) and New Jersey City (March 5)…Added his lone blocked shot in that Paterson game and had one assist and two rebounds in the NJCU game.
 
Pre-Rutgers: Played two seasons at Manor College, appearing in 27 games and starting two…Averaged 1.2 minutes, 0.7 points and 0.96 rebounds per game…Played in nine games as a freshman in 2017-18, scoring nine points and grabbing one rebound…In his sophomore year of 2019-20, played in 18 games and started two…Collected 25 rebounds and 12 points…Had a career-high seven points and eight rebounds against Rowan College of South Jersey-Cumberland, Nov. 7, 2019…Notched two blocks and two steals that season, including one apiece in a game against Delaware Technical Community College-Stanton on Feb. 6, 2020…Received a 2019-20 Manor College Men’s Basketball Coaches Award…Received a Manor College Spring 2020 Semester Academic Achievement Award…Named to the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) Spring 2020 Semester All-Academic Team.
