Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Andrew Robertson’s first year at Rutgers-Camden was marred by an injury that sidelined him from the entire 2017 soccer season. Academically, however, he earned a berth on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the Fall 2017 semester, where he was one of only nine student-athletes out of 141 on the team to receive a perfect 4.0 GPA. He repeated his 4.0 GPA during the spring semester to earn another Honor Roll berth.
 
A sophomore academically, Robertson has freshman eligibility in soccer.
 
Academics: Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2017 Fall and 2018 Spring semesters. In the Fall, he was one of only nine people on the 141-athlete squad to earn a perfect 4.0 GPA. In the Spring, he was one of 10 out of 129 athletes with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
 
Soccer 2017: Injured and out for the season.
 
High School: Captured 11 varsity letters at Cherry Hill High School West, competing in soccer, swimming and volleyball…Earned four letters apiece in swimming and volleyball…Played soccer and earned three varsity letters for Coach Daniel Butler…As a senior, voted into the Top 10 Goalkeepers in South Jersey…First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Group 3 as a senior…Named Third Team All-South Jersey…Second Team All-State…National Honor Society as a junior and a senior…Latin Honor Society from freshman through junior year…Hall of Fame…Mike Young Award…Graduated in 2017.
 
Club Team: Cherry Hill FC Black Out.
 
Personal: Born August 11, 1998…Hobbies and interests include surfing, scuba diving and snowboarding…Biology major at Rutgers-Camden…Plans to attend graduate school and obtain his Masters in Marine Biology, conduct his own research and work at a university…Andrew is the son of Donna and Dave Robertson of Cherry Hill.
