D.J. Stieber joined the Rutgers-Camden men’s soccer coaching staff for the 2024 season and enters his second year with the Scarlet Raptors in 2025.
 
Stieber (pronounced STEE-ber) graduated from Temple University in 2013 with a degree in Kinesiology/Pre-Physical Therapy. He went to Thomas Jefferson University for his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, graduating in 2016.
 
A former three-year letterman at Cherry Hill High School West under Coach Dan Butler, he served as the team captain during his junior and senior seasons. Since 2018, he has served as a volunteer assistant coach with the Lions’ program, helping the team win back-to-back South Jersey Group 3 championships and advance to the state final one season. He handles the team’s off-field performance and strength and conditioning, in addition to matchday preparation.
 
Stieber has been employed the past four years at The Athlete’s Edge Rehab and Performance in Cherry Hill, where he is the owner, operator, physical therapist and performance coach.
 
Stieber lives in Voorhees.
