Biography

One of the top students in the Rutgers-Camden athletic program, Connor D’Ilio has earned numerous academic honors during his three-year collegiate career. The Dean’s List student also has been a key cog in the men’s soccer success over the past three years, playing in 48 games and contributing two goals and two assists for six points.
 
Academics: New Jersey Academic Honorable Mention for the 2018-19 and 2019-20 scholastic years…Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2017 Fall, 2018 Spring, 2018 Fall, 2019 Spring, 2019 Fall and 2020 Spring semesters…Dean’s List…During the 2018 Fall semester, he was one of only 17 athletes on the 138-member AD Honor Roll with a perfect 4.0 GPA...One of 47 athletes on the 171-member 2020 Spring AD Honor Roll to record a perfect 4.0 GPA.
 
Soccer 2019: Appeared in eight games, starting two…Contributed to a defense that posted a 1.05 goals-against average and nine shutout…Played 25 minutes in the season-opening 1-0 shutout over Carthage (Aug. 30)…Started and played 28 minutes in a 1-0 win at Alvernia (Sept. 4)…Contributed to 2-0 shutouts against Immaculata (Sept. 18) and Montclair State (Sept. 21)…Started and played his season high of 34 minutes in a 3-2 win at Rutgers-Newark (Oct. 12).
 
Soccer 2018: Played in 20 games, starting 16…Collected one goal and two assists for four points…Took four shots…Started the season-opening 3-2 win over New York University (Aug. 31), playing 66 minutes…Contributed to a 2-0 shutout over Old Westbury (Sept. 1), the only one of the seven Rutgers-Camden shutouts he didn’t start…Assisted on the game-winning goal by Michael Buchy at 80:09 in a 1-0 shutout over Kean (Sept. 22)…Notched an assist on Kaito Kitazawa’s goal at 46:40, which snapped a scoreless tie and sparked Rutgers-Camden to a 2-1 win over Rutgers-Newark (Oct. 6)…Scored the lone Raptor goal in a 2-1 loss to William Paterson (Oct. 27) in the New Jersey Athletic Conference playoffs…Played the full 90 minutes in that game and also in a 1-0 win at Stockton (Oct. 24).
 
Soccer 2017: Played in 20 games, starting one…Notched one goal for two points, scoring on his only shot of the year…Named to the Cialella Soccer Classic All-Tournament Team (Sept. 9-10)…Played in one shutout and helped the team limit opponents to one goal on 10 occasions…Made his collegiate debut at Rowan University’s season-opening Gilmore Classic, appearing off the bench against Lycoming College (Sept. 1) and starting his lone game of the year against Keystone College (Sept. 2)…Scored his lone goal during a 7-1 victory at Lancaster Bible College (Oct. 19)…Played in all four games of the ECAC Division III Men’s Soccer Championship during Rutgers-Camden’s march to the title game…In the ECAC opener, a 2-1 win over Maritime College (Nov. 11), played his season high of 55 minutes.
 
High School: Four-year varsity soccer letterman and starter at Burlington Township High School for Coach Alec Golini…First Team Burlington County Soccer League…Second Team All-County…All-State Honorable Mention…High Honor Roll student…Graduated in 2017.
