Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Isai Aguilar was a member of the Rutgers-Camden men’s soccer program for four seasons, while earning numerous academic honors. He also earned Dean’s List honors during all eight of his semesters at Rutgers-Camden.
 
Academics: New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention for the 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22 scholastic years…Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2018 Fall, 2019 Spring, 2019 Fall, 2020 Spring, 2020 Fall, 2021 Spring, 2021 Fall and 2022 Spring semesters…Dean’s List all eight semesters…One of only 27 athletes on the 125-member 2021 Spring AD Honor Roll to post a perfect 4.0 GPA.
 
Soccer 2021: Appeared in two games, playing four minutes in both contests…Helped the Scarlet Raptors defeat New Jersey City University, 4-1, on Oct. 16…Also appeared in a 3-0 loss against Rowan (Oct. 27).
 
Soccer 2020: Didn’t see game action in a season shortened to seven games due to the pandemic.
 
Soccer 2019: Was a member of the Raptors’ roster, but did not appear in a game.
 
Soccer 2018: Appeared in three games…Made his collegiate debut against Old Westbury during a 2-0 win on Sept. 1…Played his season high of 10 minutes at Immaculata (Sept. 20).
 
High School:  Captured seven varsity letters at North Brunswick High School, including five with the winter and spring track programs…Two-year varsity soccer letterman for Coach Paul Liddy…Graduated in 2018.
 
Club Team: Jersey Knights
 
Personal: Born December 15, 1999…First name pronounced “EE-sah-EE”… Enjoys spending time with his family, going on hikes, playing mini golf and bowling…Also is interested in photography...Health Sciences major at Rutgers-Camden…Plans to attend grad school and go into the physical therapy field…Isai is the son of Carmen Gonzalez and Carlos Aguilar of North Brunswick.
