Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Kyle Ehrenworth returns for his third season in the Scarlet Raptors’ midfield. He has appeared in 23 games, starting one, while helping Rutgers-Camden win a pair of New Jersey Athletic Conference titles during his first two seasons.
 
A stellar student in addition to his athletic abilities, Ehrenworth earned NJAC Academic Honorable Mention during his sophomore year and is a Dean’s List student.
 
Soccer 2013: Played in 13 games, making one start…Had two shots, including one on goal…Contributed to nine of the Raptors’ program record-tying 12 shutouts…Made lone start in a 2-0 victory over Cairn University (Oct. 22)…First game of the season came in a 4-3 victory over DeSales University (August 31), when he had his lone shot on goal…His other shot came in the Cairn game…Played a season-high 39 minutes in a 5-0 victory over New Jersey City University (Oct. 30)…Contributed to the Raptors’ 4-0 victory over Lycoming College (Nov. 17) in Rutgers-Camden’s first NCAA tournament game.
 
Soccer 2012: Played in 10 games during his freshman season, taking one shot…Appeared in each of the Scarlet Raptors’ first four games, all of which resulted in shutout victories…Made his collegiate debut against Wesley College (Sept. 2) as the Raptors posted a 3-0 victory to win the weather-shortened Blue Jay Classic at Johns Hopkins University…Took his lone shot, and put it on goal, in a 3-0 victory over Cairn University (Oct. 1)…Overall, played in five of the Scarlet Raptors’ 11 shutouts.
 
High School: Three-year soccer letterman for Coach Wayne Sutcliffe at Princeton High School…First Team All-Group 3 and Trentonian First Team as a senior in 2011…Team captain…All-Conference, All-County, All-State…Helped team rank No. 1 in state and No. 15 nationally, post an undefeated conference record in his three years and an overall mark of 58-3-5…Team won state championship in 2009, the county championship in 2009 and 2011, and reached the state semifinals in 2011…Achieved 1900 on the SAT, including 800 on the math section…Received senior art award.
 
Personal: Born November 8, 1993…Played club soccer for LSTS FC Madrid…Won two U.S. Club Regionals, was a national finalist and is one of the top teams in Region 1…Voted TopDrawerSoccer.com Player of the Month in 2011…Won a Futsal national championship in 2010…Named among 11 best seniors in the county by the Hiberian Soccer Club…Hobbies and interests include fishing, chemistry and construction…Finance major at Rutgers-Camden with a minor in Marketing…Dean’s List student…Plans to work in a business unit within a large chemical company…Kyle is the son of Alan and Karen Ehrenworth of Cranbury.
