Biography
A brilliant student, Liam Craver collected a 4.0 GPA in each of his eight semesters as a member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll. He appeared in 78 games over five seasons with the Scarlet Raptors, getting an extra year of eligibility due to the pandemic-shortened 2020 season. In addition to his numerous academic honors, he collected five goals (two game winners) and one assist for 11 career points. He also served as one of the Scarlet Raptors’ tri-captains during the 2022 season.

Soccer 2022: Team tri-captain…Started all 17 of his games…Took 16 shots, eight on goal…Had one goal (a game winner) and one assist for three points…Notched the game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Widener (Sept. 5)…Collected his first career assist in a 3-3 tie against Rutgers-Newark (Oct. 15), assisting on the Raptors’ first goal by Daniel Tittelmayer…Had his high of four shots (two on goal) in a 1-0 loss to Kean (Oct. 8).

Soccer 2021: Played in all 20 Rutgers-Camden games, helping the team reach the ECAC semifinals…Made seven starts, including both games in the ECAC playoffs (a 1-0 win over Springfield Nov. 13 and a 2-0 loss to Muhlenberg Nov. 14)…Took 11 shots…Scored one goal, coming in a 3-2 victory at William Paterson (Oct. 2)…Contributed to all five Rutgers-Camden shutouts, including three straight to open the season with a 3-0 win over Arcadia (Sept. 2), a 0-0 tie against New York University (Sept. 4) and a 7-0 win over Gwynedd Mercy (Sept. 5)…Notched his two highest totals of minutes played in the ECAC tournament, with 61 against Springfield, followed by 67 against Muhlenberg).

Soccer 2020: In a shortened season switched to March, 2021 due to the pandemic, played in six of the Scarlet Raptors’ seven games, starting five…Collected one goal for two points…Took five shots, four on goal…After missing the season opener, made his season debut coming off the bench in a 3-2 loss against William Paterson (March 13), scoring one goal on his lone shot of the game and playing 63 minute…Started all five of his remaining games, beginning with a 90-minute performance in a 2-0 win at New Jersey City (March 17), which gave Head Coach Tim Oswald his 200th career victory at Rutgers-Camden…Took two shots on goal during a 2-0 loss at Montclair State (April 1), while playing 78 minutes…Started both New Jersey Athletic Conference playoff games, a 2-1 quarterfinal win at Stockton (April 7) and a 3-1 loss at Montclair State (April 10).

Soccer 2019: Appeared in 16 games, starting two…Collected one goal for two points…Took seven shots, five on goal, for a .714 percentage…Played 19 minutes in the Raptors’ season-opening 1-0 win over Carthage (Aug. 30) and made his first start of the season the next day, during a 5-1 win over Mount St. Vincent (Aug. 31)…Scored the insurance goal during a 2-0 win over New Jersey City University (Oct. 5)…Made his second start and played his season high of 61 minutes during a 2-0 loss at King’s College (Oct. 8)…Contributed to five of the Scarlet Raptors’ nine shutouts.

Soccer 2018: Played in 19 games, starting one…His one goal was a game winner…Took 13 shots, seven on goal…Made his collegiate debut in a 3-2 victory over New York University (Aug. 31) in the season opener, playing 21 minutes…Took his first three shots, two of them on goal, in a 2-0 win over Old Westbury (Sept. 1)…Collected his first career goal, which proved to be the game winner, in a 2-0 victory over Hood College (Nov. 10) in the ECAC playoffs...Played his season high of 59 minutes against both Cabrini (Sept. 12) and Hood (Nov. 10).
