Biography

During his three seasons with the Rutgers-Camden men’s soccer program, Prince Boafo has appeared in 34 games, starting eight. He also has earned several academic honors.
 
Academics: Member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2021 Fall, 2022 Spring, 2022 Fall and 2023 Spring semesters…Dean’s List student…One of only 21 students on the 106-member 2023 Spring AD Honor Roll to compile a perfect 4.0 GPA
 
Soccer 2022: Played in 20 games, starting six…Took six shots, three on goal…Started his first game in the a season-opening 2-0 loss against Arcadia (Sept. 1)…Started and contributed to wins over Widener (2-1, Sept. 5) and Ramapo (1-0, Sept. 27=8)…Started and contributed to a 1-1 tie against Penn State-Abington (Sept. 26).
 
Soccer 2021: Played in eight games, starting two…Helped the Raptors post back-to-back shutouts over New York University (Sept. 4, 0-0) and Gwynedd Mercy (Sept. 5, 7-0), playing 34 and 40 minutes, respectively…Took his lone shot in a 3-2 win over Catholic and made his first career start in a 4-1 loss to Cortland, with both games coming in the Cialella Soccer Classic (Sept. 11-12)…Played his season high of 54 minutes in a 2-1 loss at Kean (Sept. 25)…Started his second game in a 2-0 loss against Stockton (Sept. 29).
 
Soccer 2020: Played in six of the Scarlet Raptors’ seven games…Took three shots, including two on goal…Made his Raptor debut in the season opener against Ramapo (March 10), playing 19 minutes…Took his first shot during a 1-0 loss at Stockton (March 20)…Played a season-high 62 minutes in a New Jersey Athletic Conference quarterfinal win at Stockton (April 7)…Took two shots, both on goal, during the Raptors’ 3-1 NJAC semifinal loss at Montclair State (April 10).
 
Pre-Rutgers: Played at Bucks County Community College…Named Conference Player of the Year in 2018.
 
High School:  Graduated from Adu Gyamfi Senior High School (Ghana) in 2016.
