Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Madison Snelgrove has earned two volleyball letters and several academic honors during her two years at Rutgers-Camden. She has appeared in 47 career matches, while collecting 201 digs and 34 service aces.
 
Academics: New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention for the 2024-25 scholastic year…Member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and a Dean’s List student for the 2023 Fall, 2024 Spring, 2024 Fall and 2025 Spring semesters…One of only 22 athletes on the 151-member 2023 Fall AD Honor Roll to earn a perfect 4.0 GPA.
 
Volleyball 2024: Appeared in 63 sets while playing in all 26 matches…Second on the Raptors with 28 service aces…Fifth on the team with 134 digs…Added six kills and four assists…Led the team with 0.44 aces per set…Had four service aces against Penn State-Brandywine (Sept. 8) and three against both Immaculata (Sept. 12) and Rowan (Oct. 24)…Notched her high of 13 digs against Elizabethtown (Nov. 10) and had 11 digs against Montclair State (Oct. 8)…Collected three of her six kills in the Elizabethtown match.
 
Volleyball 2023: Played in 21 matches and 45 sets…Collected 67 digs, six aces, two assists and one kill…Had a .333 hitting percentage…Made her collegiate debut against Dickinson (Sept. 1), playing in three sets and notching two digs…In a pair of matches Sept. 2 against DeSales and Clarkson, collected nine digs and three aces over six sets…Earned her first kill and added three digs at Haverford (Sept. 9)…Collected her single-match high of nine digs at Alvernia (Oct. 8), while adding one assist…Added seven digs and one ace at Rutgers-Newark (Oct. 10).
 
High School: Volleyball and track and field letterwinner at Garnet Valley High School…Earned All-Delco Honorable Mention as a junior and a senior for Coach Mark Clark…National Honor Society member as a junior and a senior…Distinguished Honor Roll…Graduated in 2023.

Personal: Born July 4, 2005…Nicknamed “Maddy”…Hobbies include reading, watching the Phillies, listening to music and spending time with her family, friends and dog…Biology major at Rutgers-Camden who plans to pursue a Master’s and Doctorate degree and go on to a career in research…Madison is the daughter of Kristy and Craig Snelgrove of Aston, Pennsylvania.
