Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Oded Sela played a big role in the Rutgers-Camden midfield during his freshman season, while also adding academic honors in the classroom.
 
Academics: Dean’s List student and member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2023 Fall semester…One of only 22 athletes on the 151-member 2023 Fall AD Honor Roll to earn a perfect 4.0 GPA.
 
Soccer 2023: Appeared in 17 of the team’s 19 games, starting 12…Took two shots…Made his Scarlet Raptor debut by starting the season opener, a 4-0 win over Arcadia (Sept. 1)…Started his first six games…Took his lone shots in a 2-0 loss at Cabrini (Sept. 13) and a 5-4 win at Immaculata (Sept. 18)…Played in all eight Rutgers-Camden shutouts during the season, starting six of them.
 
High School: Graduated from Shoham High School (Shoham, Israel) in 2018.

Personal: Born August 27, 2000…Hobbies and interests include soccer, reading books, mountain bikes and swimming…Computer Science major at Rutgers-Camden who plans to combine soccer, as a player/coach, with a computer science job…Oded’s parents are Ofer and Ada Sela.
