Kristina “Stina” Reiter returns to the Rutgers-Camden coaching staff for her fourth season, armed with a new degree after completing her Doctoral degree of Physical Therapy at Widener University in May 2018.
 
The daughter of Scarlet Raptors Head Coach Annette Reiter, Kristina joined the Rutgers-Camden women’s basketball staff during the 2015-16 season.
 
A 2015 Cum Laude graduate of Widener University, where she was a Psychology and Physical Therapy major, she played for the Pride’s women’s basketball program for four seasons, earning numerous honors, including Defensive Player of the Year (2014-15). She captured Middle Atlantic Conference Academic Honors four straight years, helped her team earn a berth in the NCAA Division III Elite 8 (2012-13) and served as Widener’s captain during her junior and senior seasons.
 
A graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School, she was a four-year letterwinner on both the basketball and the golf teams. She earned all-conference and basketball team MVP honors as a senior, when she also was named Girl of the Year at Gloucester Catholic. She also captured All-Parochial First Team honors and played in the Al Carino All-Star Game during her senior season.
 
On the golf course, Reiter earned MVP for girls’ golf during her freshman year and captured MVP for boys’ golf her junior and senior seasons. She also was an all-conference honoree as a senior.
 
Currently employed at Christiana Hospital, she completed her undergraduate work at Widener in 2015 and added her Doctoral degree of Physical Therapy in 2018.
