Natalya Lee joined the Rutgers-Camden women’s basketball coaching staff in June, 2019, adding another accomplishment to a basketball resume packed with international achievements.
 
A four-year basketball star at Kutztown University, Lee went on to play one year apiece for Ulster University and for Northern Ireland’s National Team, the Ulster Elks.
 
At Kutztown, the point guard/shooting guard passed the 1,000-point career milestone and also set a program record with 14 assists in a game. Lee earned All-PSAC East First Team honors in 2016. She started all 110 of her career games at Kutztown, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Leisure and Sports Studies and a minor in Sociology.
 
At Ulster University, Lee received her Master’s degree in Sports Coaching in 2018.
 
Lee is employed as a resident counselor at Legacy Treatment Services.
