Troy Brown returns to the Rutgers-Camden coaching staff for his fourth season after joining the program during the 2022-23 campaign.
 
A four-year varsity basketball starting forward at North Brunswick High School from 2006-2010, Brown also was a four-year member of the track and field and cross country teams at his high school.
 
Brown attended Gwynedd Mercy University, where he graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
 
Brown started his coaching career as a volunteer coach at Nottingham High School for the 2017-18 season and saw immediate success – Nottingham went 30-3 and won the Group III state the championship.
 
A resident of Burlington, Brown has worked in security for Allied Universal for the past five years.
