One of the program’s all-time greats, Rahzirah Blocker officially became Rutgers-Camden’s career leader in free throw percentage during her junior year, when she passed the minimum NCAA qualifying standard of 250 successful foul shots. Blocker is 268-for-359 from the charity stripe (.747).
Blocker’s program record is only one of numerous accomplishments for the talented guard, who passed the 1,000-point milestone during the 2023-24 campaign and will enter her final season with 1,114 career points. She is tied for 13th on the all-time Rutgers-Camden scoring list, while ranking seventh in career scoring average at 16.6 points per game. Blocker also ranks 11th in career field goals (418), 12th in field goal attempts (1,024), eighth in field goal percentage (.408, based on the NCAA minimum of 400 career field goals), and eighth in career free throws (268).
An All-New Jersey Athletic Conference performer on the court and in the classroom, Blocker has started 66 of her 67 career games during three seasons at Rutgers-Camden.
