The most active of the Scarlet Raptors’ tennis players during the 2023 fall season, Nicoletta Troilo was the lone Rutgers-Camden player to compete in both the singles and doubles competitions at the Goucher Invitational, in addition to playing in both of the Raptors’ dual matches. She held down the sixth singles spot during the spring season, while also competing mainly at the second doubles position.

For the 2023-24 scholastic year, Troilo posted a 7-9 singles mark and a 4-14 doubles mark. She also earned academic honors both semesters and captured a weekly rookie honor from the New Jersey Athletic Conference..

Tennis Spring 2024: Named New Jersey Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week on April 1…Posted a 4-8 mark at sixth singles during the spring semester, with wins over Cedar Crest (March 29, 8-0), Arcadia (March 30, 6-3), Bryn Athyn (April 1, 8-1) and Notre Dame (April 6, 6-3, 6-1)…Two of her losses came against 35th-ranked The College of New Jersey (March 24, 0-6, 0-6) and in a tough conference defeat at Kean (April 5) by a 4-6, 6-7 (1-7) score…During doubles play, she teamed with Alyssa Peacock in every match while going 3-10 (3-8 at second doubles and 0-2 at third doubles)…Posted doubles victories against Cedar Crest (8-4), Bryn Athyn (8-5) and in a tight 8-7 (7-5) decision at Neumann (April 12)…Four of her doubles losses came in New Jersey Athletic Conference play against national power TCNJ (0-8 at third doubles) and in second doubles against Kean (6-8), Stockton (April 13, 0-8) and Ramapo (April 20, 1-8).

Tennis Fall 2023: Went a team-leading 3-1 in singles competition and posted a 1-4 doubles mark while teaming with Alyssa Peacock…In her collegiate debut, posted an 8-1 victory at sixth singles and an 8-1 win at third doubles at Penn State-Brandywine (Sept. 17)…Lost at fifth singles (1-6, 0-6) and third doubles (0-8) at Bryn Mawr (Sept. 22)…Playing in the B flight doubles competition with Peacock at the Goucher Invitational (Oct. 8), lost to Stockton (0-4, 1-4), Stevenson (2-4, 0-4) and Lebanon Valley (1-4, 1-4)…Also played a pair of A flight singles competitions at Goucher, winning over Dickinson by a score of 4-3 (7-3), 4-0 and beating Sweet Briar, 4-2, 4-0.
