A former captain and star at perennial New Jersey Athletic Conference volleyball power Stockton University, Allison Kleeman joined the Rutgers-Camden coaching staff for the 2016 season. She returns for her third season in 2018.
Kleeman was a four-year defensive starter for Stockton from 2007-2010, helping the Ospreys capture three NJAC titles and make three NCAA appearances. The Osprey’s team captain in both 2009 and 2010, she ranks 10th on the program’s career list with 1,160 digs.
A stellar student as well, Kleeman captured Dean’s List and Student-Athlete Honors during her career at Stockton. She graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. She added a Master’s in Health Administration and Health Policy in 2012 from Saint Joseph’s University.
Kleeman started her coaching career as the Head Coach of the South Jersey Volleyball Club (November 2007-November 2008), where she worked with the 14-and-under age group. She was the Head Coach of East Coast Crush Volleyball from November 2010-November 2015, working with various age groups from 12u, 14u, 16u and 18u.
Kleeman lives in Marlton and serves as the Healthcare Regional Director for SerenaGroups.
