Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Jessica Weimer has played three seasons of intercollegiate volleyball, including the last two at Rutgers-Camden. She started her collegiate career playing one season at Medaille University before the school closed. Between the two schools she has collected 180 career kills, 52 blocks and 45 aces in 202 sets. At Rutgers-Camden she has appeared in 96 sets over 38 matches, collecting 102 kills.
 
Academics: New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention for the 2024-25 scholastic year…Member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2023 Fall, 2024 Spring, 2024 Fall and 2025 Spring semesters…Dean’s List student.
 
Volleyball 2024: Played in 79 sets over all 26 Rutgers-Camden matches…Finished fifth on the team with 84 kills…Fifth on the team with 24 blocks (one solo, 23 assisted)…Added 24 digs and five assists…Had her high of nine kills against both Neumann (Sept. 28) and Rowan (Oct. 24)…Hit .444 in the Neumann match (nine kills, one error in 18 attacks)…Collected seven kills against DeSales (Aug. 31)…Had four block assists in consecutive matches against Ramapo (Sept. 24), Neumann (Sept. 28) and Arcadia (also Sept. 28)…Her high of four digs came against New Jersey City (Oct. 15).
 
Volleyball 2023: Played in 17 sets over 12 matches…Collected 18 kills (1.06 per set) and 13 service aces…Added three digs, two block assists and one service ace…Tied a single-season program record for a three-set match with 11 service aces against Trinity Washington (Sept. 23)…Made her Rutgers-Camden debut against DeSales (Sept. 2), collecting one kill and hitting .500 in one set…Had her season high of three kills on three occasions: against Clarkson (Sept. 2), Haverford (Sept. 9) and Penn State-Harrisburg (Sept. 16)…Had her lone assist, while adding a dig against Trinity Washington (Sept. 23)…Had one block assist in both of her two matches on Oct. 1 against Immaculata and Brooklyn, while also adding one kill in each match.
 
Pre-Rutgers: Played in all 106 sets during her freshman season at Medaille University in 2022…Finished second on the team with 26 blocks (11 solo, 15 assisted), third in service aces (32) and fifth in kills (78)…Also added 62 digs and five assists, while hitting .167…Added academic honors on the Presidential List.
 
High School: Volleyball and  basketball letterwinner at Chautauqua Lake Central School…Played for coaches David Sturm and Joanne Meadows…Earned All-Tournament Team volleyball honors in 2018 and 2019...Also captured a Sportsmanship Award for volleyball in 2018 and 2019...Helped her volleyball team win the Section 6 championship in 2022…National Honor Society member…Merit Roll, Honor Roll, High Honor Roll…Graduated in 2022.
