Rutgers-Camden Athletics

A member of the 2014 Rutgers-Camden volleyball team, Lauren Pace returned to the program for the 2017 and 2018 seasons.
 
In 37 career matches and 113 sets, Pace owns 147 kills, four assists, one service ace, 52 digs and 20 blocks (three solo, 17 assisted).

Volleyball 2018: Appeared in two sets over two matches…Had 10 total attacks, raising her career total to 551…Appeared in one set during both ends of a tri-match against Marywood and Wilkes (Oct. 27)…Had seven attack attempts against Marywood and three against Wilkes…Added one set attempt in the Wilkes match.
 
Volleyball 2017: Played in eight sets over four matches…Notched six kills and two digs…Played in her first match since 2014 when she appeared in two sets against Albright College (Sept. 30), notching one dig…Later that day, had one kill against Penn State-Abington…In a match against Medgar Evers College (Oct. 5), had three kills and one dig…Collected two kills against Gwynedd-Mercy University (Oct. 13).
 
Volleyball 2014: Played in all 31 matches for the Scarlet Raptors, appearing in 103 of the team’s 109 sets…Finished second on the team in kills (141) and kills per set (1.37)…Notched 20 blocks (three solo, 17 assisted), 50 digs, four assists and one service ace…Notched a career-high 11 kills against Elmira College (Oct. 1)…Had 10 kills apiece in matches against Albright College (Aug. 30) and Penn State-Abington (Oct. 1)…Added nine kills against Baruch College (Aug. 29, Match 1) and had eight-kill matches against both DeSales University (Aug. 29, Match 2) and Baruch (Sept. 6).
 
High School: Graduated from Monsignor Donovan High School in 2014 after earning four varsity volleyball letters for Coach Thomas Trembulak…Two-time First Team All-Conference selection…Recipient of a Catholic Athlete Award and a Coaches Award as a senior…Set program single-match and single-season records for kills as a senior.
 
Club Team: Ocean County Volleyball Club.
 
Personal: Born July 22, 1996…Nicknamed “LP”…Enjoys reading and coaching volleyball…Psychology major with a double minor in Criminal Justice and Women and Gender Studies at Rutgers-Camden…Plans to apply to the police academy and secure a position in law enforcement…Lauren is the daughter of Nina Pace of Beachwood.
