After transferring to Rutgers-Camden following his sophomore year at Alvernia University, Arsenault led the Scarlet Raptors to a pair of North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) titles in 2016 and 2017, played in a pair of NCAA Division III Golf Championships, was a two-time NEAC First Team player and won back-to-back Barry M. Millett Awards as the Scarlet Raptors' Most Dedicated Player. He capped off his senior season earning Division III PING All-Mid-Atlantic Region honors in 2017.

Arsenault averaged 75.0 during his 31 career rounds at Rutgers-Camden. He tied a record for the best round in program history when he shot a 3-under par 67 to earn medalist honors at the Eastern Invitational on Oct. 19, 2016. That performance was part of an amazing month which started with him earning First Team honors at the ECAC Mid-Atlantic Championships (Oct. 1-2) and ended with him being named the ECAC Golfer of the Month for October, 2016.

A five-time medalist during his two seasons at Rutgers-Camden, Arsenault also earned five NEAC Golfer of the Week awards (Oct. 27, 2015; April 12, 2016; Sept. 20, 2016; Oct. 4, 2016 and March 21, 2017).  He also was Rutgers-Camden's Raptor of the Week on both April 11, 2016 and Oct. 24, 2016.
