Raptor golfers finish fifth of 15 teams at Lebanon Valley Spring Invitational
LEBANON, Penn. (March 30, 2026) – After finishing 13th out of 16 teams in its first outing of the spring season, the Rutgers University-Camden golf team placed fifth out of 15 teams here Monday at the Lebanon Valley Spring Invitational.
The event was held at the Par 72, 6,562-yard Lebanon Country Club.
Peyton Moyer of Penn State-Berks finished as the overall medalist after a three-way tie with a pair of Millersville golfers, all of them shooting a 3-over par 75.
Rutgers-Camden saw a trio of Scarlet Raptors shoot an 80 to tie for 18th place out of 78 golfers: seniors
Pearse Lee and
Reid Walker, and junior captain
Santino Leone.
Senior
Ryan Macuch carded an 84 to tie for 37th place. Sophomore
Andrew Slattery, playing in his first invitational of the spring, shot an 88 to tie for 50th.
Rutgers-Camden returns to action on Thursday when it plays at the William Paterson Invitational, which will be held at the Preakness Valley Golf Course in Wayne.
