CAMDEN, N.J. (April 16, 2024) – Stockton University junior ace Nerina Tramp raised her record to 10-2 with an opening-game win and freshman Lexi Liquori posted her first collegiate victory in the nightcap as the Ospreys swept Rutgers University-Camden, 6-2 and 6-1, in a New Jersey Athletic Conference doubleheader here Tuesday.
The wins lift Stockton to 16-10 overall and 9-3 in the NJAC, while Rutgers-Camden falls to 13-15 and 4-8.
The Scarlet Raptors return to Thursday when they host Catholic University of America in a 3 p.m. non-conference doubleheader.

Sammie Friel on a hit batsman, a wild pitch and an RBI single by sophomore Regan Mendick, then tacked on a third-inning run off freshman pitcher
Anna Milillo on a solo home run by junior third baseman Charli Czaczkowski.
The Ospreys finished their scoring over the last three innings with four runs (three earned) off junior hurler

The Raptors broke Tramp's shutout bid in the bottom of the seventh after junior left fielder

Alana Gannon, who was named the NJAC Rookie of the Week on Monday, followed with her first career home run, a two-run shot to center field.
Two singles followed, before senior Stevie Unger relieved Tramp to get the final two outs for her first save. Tramp (10-2) allowed 11 hits and two earned runs, while striking out six. She didn't walk any batters.

Alexa McNee paced the Scarlet Raptors' 11-hit attack, going 3-for-4. Freshman right fielder

Liquori (1-1) hurled six innings of six-hit ball in the second game, allowing one earned run and striking out four. She didn't issue any walks.
Friel (7-6), making the start in the second game after pitching two innings in the opener, worked five innings, allowing five hits and five runs, four earned. She struck out seven and didn't walk a batter.
Stockton scored all the runs it needed in the third inning on two singles and a three-run home run by freshman first baseman Alexa Panagopoylos. The Ospreys added two more runs in the fifth on a hit batsman, a sacrifice, an RBI ground-rule double by Czaczkowski and a run-scoring error. Freshman shortstop Aubrey Jeffers singled home Stockton's final run in the sixth inning.

McNee went 2-for-3 in the nightcap to finish her big day 5-for-7. Baker went 3-for-6 in the doubleheader.
