GALLOWAY, N.J. (Jan. 7, 2026) – The Stockton University women's basketball team outscored Rutgers University-Camden, 14-0, in the second quarter and the Ospreys went on to post a 57-39 victory here Wednesday night in a New Jersey Athletic Conference game.
Stockton improved to 7-6 overall and 4-2 in the NJAC, snapping a three-game losing streak. Rutgers-Camden fell to 6-7 and 3-3 with its third straight loss.
The two teams split their home-and-home series last season, but Stockton holds a 72-23 lead in the all-time series.
After a back-and-forth first quarter in which Stockton built a 14-13 lead, the Ospreys went on a 14-0 run in the second quarter to take a 28-13 lead into halftime. The run was started by five straight points from senior guard Imene Fathi.
Rutgers-Camden finally broke its scoring drought 19 seconds into the third quarter, ending a span of 11:13 since its last basket in the first quarter. Raptor sophomore guard
Hope Goodwine ended the Ospreys' run with a driving layup.
Fathi paced the Ospreys with a game-high 20 points, while freshman forward Zemirah Enalls grabbed a career-high .. rebounds and completed a double-double with 11 points. She helped Stockton hold a 50-34 advantage off the boards.

Courtney Edmundo led Rutgers-Camden with 10 points, while adding six rebounds, three steals, two blocks and one assist. Goodwine had seven points, six steals, four assists and two rebounds, while junior guard/forward
Tamea El collected six points, six rebounds and one steal.

Tamyia Collier scored five points apiece for the Scarlet Raptors. Toledo, who scored all five of her points in the first quarter to help the Raptors stay within one point, also added four rebounds, two steals, one assist and one block in the game.
Stockton shot 22-for-59 (37.3 percent) from the floor, while Rutgers-Camden shot 16-for-59 (27.1).
The Scarlet Raptors return to NJAC action on Saturday when they host Kean University at 1 p.m.
