ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Rutgers-Camden women's volleyball team split a pair of matches on its final day at the Buttermaker Tournament hosted by Muhlenberg College on Saturday.
In the opening match, the Scarlet Raptors defeated Hood 3-0 before falling to host Muhlenberg, 3-1.

The opening match saw the Scarlet Raptors win 25-19, 25-13, and 25-18. RUC hit .167 in the match (34-18-96), with a 15-7-31 performance (.258) to start the day in set 1.
Sofia Granieri had nine kills, with Gabby Gbolahan and Asha Pensa Johnson each netting six.
JoAnna Andrews, Cassie Guim and Lora Kunicki each had two aces in the win, with Jana Jovanovic and Nissi Wadieh each having three blocks.
Andrews had 14 assists, with Mia Owens coming up with 16 digs.
Muhlenberg 3, Rutgers-Camden 1
Muhlenberg won the last two sets after Rutgers-Camden pulled even in the second set with a 25-19 win in which they hit .500 (17-1-32).
Muhlenberg won the last two sets 25-20 and 25-18.
Granieri had 12 kills in the nightcap, as did Gbolahan. Wadieh added in 11.
Madison Snelgrove and Kunicki had two aces each.
Andrews had 24 assists, with Guim getting 17. Owens had 15 digs, with Andrews getting 11.
RUC hosts Drew on Wednesday.
