LAKEWOOD, N.J. – The Rutgers-Camden cross country teams got their season off to a start on Friday afternoon at the Pine Barrons Invitational hosted by Georgian Court.
The men's team finished fifth out of eight teams with a score of 157, while the women were seventh out of seven teams with a score of 155.
For the men, Dylan Davies finished 22nd overall with a time of 22:45.4, while Josiah Saint Ellen was 27th overall at 23:16.4.
Angel Chaj had a time of 26:45.1, followed by Amir Collier at 29:01.9 and Ajani Pinkett had 29:07.4.
For the women, Dejia Robert was 12th overall, finishing in 17:33.6. Elena McGovern crossed the finish line at 24:40.7, followed by Azul Aparicio at 25:50.8 and Lindsay Lopez at 26:16.1.
Lori Holman had a time of 27:58.0.
